1) You must your submit your cancellation request using this form.  If not, we will not be able to process your cancellation. Therefore your account will still active and is subject to the monthly hosting fee.

2) Moving your domain out does not automatically cancel your site. We will still have your site contents on the server even though your domain is pointing some where else.

3) If you do not remember your site login and password and your admin e-mail is not current, please provide us the  last 6 digits of you payment credit card # or checking account # for verification in the next page. This is for the security purposes.

Please note that this is not a final step of cancellation. Please expect a confirmation e-mail from us to finalize your cancellation. Without a confirmation from us, your account will still be active and subject to be charged for the monthly fee.
